I'm Dave Parke, and for more than 35 years, I’ve raised my family and built a business here, giving me firsthand experience balancing budgets, meeting payroll, and navigating regulations. I’m running to represent House District 30 to protect taxpayers, empower parents and teachers, support job creators, and ensure state government respects local communities.

District 30 deserves practical, results-driven leadership grounded in our community’s values. I’ll bring my experience and commitment to public service to strengthen our neighborhoods, support families, and give District 30 a strong voice at the Capitol.

For the past three decades, I have built businesses, created jobs, and served families throughout the state while raising seven children with my incredible wife. Using my MBA in Organizational Business Management, I have been fortunate to serve in executive leadership roles at numerous Fortune 500 companies.

In 2010, a personal experience seeking care for a family member led me to found "Home Instead', a senior in-home care franchise. This business has created more than 2,500 local jobs and provided essential care for Utah seniors, giving them and their families peace of mind. 

My professional experiences have taught me the importance of creating practical solutions that reflect the realities of real life, not theory. My priorities are based on the challenges that families, workers, and small businesses face every day in West Valley City; many of which I have experienced myself. 

As your representative, I will prioritize:

• Being a Proactive Voice for West Valley City
• Fighting for Senior Citizens
• Reducing State Tax on Social Security
• Supporting Small Businesses
• Backing Local Law Enforcement

I am running for the Utah State House to bring practical, experienced leadership that puts the needs of West Valley City first.

With your support, I am confident that I can provide steady leadership at the Utah Capitol and advocate for policies that strengthen our neighborhoods, support local businesses, and create more opportunities for working families.
